Pro 26:4, Do not answer a fool according to his folly, Lest you also be like him.
When a fool pours out his foolishness it is best not to answer him. People may think that you’re as foolish as the fool!
Pro 26:5, Answer a fool according to his folly, Lest he be wise in his own eyes.
But, at times, it may the right thing to answer a fool; where wisdom may be heard! One may contradict the other, but a wise man studies, and knows when to answer!
Pro 15:28, THE HEART OF THE RIGHTEOUS STUDIES HOW TO ANSWER, But the mouth of the wicked pours forth evil.
Pro 26:11, AS A DOG RETURNS TO HIS OWN VOMIT, SO A FOOL REPEATS HIS FOLLY.
There are many who leave the faith only to return to their previous sins (vomit)!

Pro 26:12, DO YOU SEE A MAN WISE IN HIS OWN EYES? THERE IS MORE HOPE FOR A FOOL THAN FOR HIM.
Even more than a fool is a pride filled person who will not listen to anyone! He is wise in his own eyes!
Pro 16:18, Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before a fall.
Jas 4:6, …Therefore He says: “GOD RESISTS THE PROUD, BUT GIVES GRACE TO THE HUMBLE.”
Pro 26:20, WHERE THERE IS NO WOOD, THE FIRE GOES OUT; AND WHERE THERE IS NO TALEBEARER, STRIFE CEASES.
To a talebearer information about others is too juicy not to tell other talebearers; “do you know what she did…”, “can you believe that she…”. REMEMBER GOD SEES ALL THAT YOU DO, YOUR NOT GETTING AWAY WITH IT!
Pro 26:22, THE WORDS OF A TALEBEARER ARE LIKE TASTY TRIFLES, AND THEY GO DOWN INTO THE INMOST BODY.
Jas 3:6, AND THE TONGUE IS A FIRE, A WORLD OF INIQUITY. THE TONGUE IS SO SET AMONG OUR MEMBERS THAT IT DEFILES THE WHOLE BODY, AND SETS ON FIRE THE COURSE OF NATURE; AND IT IS SET ON FIRE BY HELL.
