Isa 4:1, And in that day SEVEN WOMEN SHALL TAKE HOLD OF ONE MAN, saying, “We will eat our own food and wear our own apparel; ONLY LET US BE CALLED BY YOUR NAME, TO TAKE AWAY OUR REPROACH.”
Because of sin, the LORD’s wrath came upon HIS own people, and many men fell by the sword (Isa 3:25); FOR JUDGEMENT FIRST STARTS AT HOME THEN TO EVERYONE ELSE!
1Pe 4:17, FOR THE TIME HAS COME FOR JUDGMENT TO BEGIN AT THE HOUSE OF GOD; AND IF IT BEGINS WITH US FIRST, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?
Isa 4:2, IN THAT DAY THE BRANCH OF THE LORD SHALL BE BEAUTIFUL AND GLORIOUS; And the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and appealing FOR THOSE OF ISRAEL WHO HAVE ESCAPED.
Now Isaiah gets a vision of the future, and he see’s the BRANCH of the LORD! As a tree has many branches there shall be one BRANCH of the seed of Jesse, father of king David by the name of JESUS, THE SON GOD! JER 23:5, 33:15, ZEC 3:8
Isa 11:1, There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse, AND A BRANCH SHALL GROW OUT OF HIS ROOTS.
For those that have escaped? In WWII, Hitler killed one-third of the LORD’s people, the Jewish nation! Yet, in the near future HIS word says two-thirds shall die in the coming judgement of Israel! But a remnant shall live!
Zec 13:8, And it shall come to pass in all the land,” Says the LORD, “THAT TWO-THIRDS IN IT SHALL BE CUT OFF AND DIE, BUT ONE-THIRD SHALL BE LEFT IN IT:
Isa 4:3, And it shall come to pass that he who is left in Zion and remains in Jerusalem will be called holy—EVERYONE WHO IS RECORDED AMONG THE LIVING IN JERUSALEM.
Did you know there are books that record everything you do in life? It is the book of life, and it contains all the names of everyone who was born on this earth! Yet, if you follow your own way then your name will be blotted out!
Rev 20:15, And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
There is another book, way more important! It is the LAMB’s book of life!
Rev 21:27, But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, BUT ONLY THOSE WHO ARE WRITTEN IN THE LAMB’S BOOK OF LIFE.
When one comes to faith in JESUS it seals your name in the book of life, and it’s copied into the book of the LAMB! DO YOU KNOW IF YOUR NAME IS WRITTEN IN HIS BOOK?
